2. How do we use your information?
We use personal information collected via our services for a variety of business purposes described below. We process your personal information for these purposes in reliance on our legitimate business interests, in order to enter into or perform a contract with you, with your consent, and/or for compliance with our legal obligations.
We use the information we collect or receive to send you administrative information, such as product, service, and new feature information, and information about changes to our terms, conditions, and policies. We may use your information as part of our efforts to keep our services safe and secure. We may use your information to enforce our terms, conditions, and policies, and to comply with legal and regulatory requirements. We may use it to respond to legal requests and prevent harm, to deliver services to you, and to respond to your inquiries and solve any potential issues.
We may also use your information for other business purposes, such as data analysis, identifying usage trends, and evaluating and improving our services, products, and your experience. Where we do this, we use information in aggregated and anonymised form so that it is not associated with individual end users. We will not use identifiable personal information without your consent.
3. Will your information be shared with anyone?
We may process or share your data based on the following legal bases: your consent; our legitimate business interests; the performance of a contract with you; legal obligations; and vital interests (for example, to investigate potential violations of our policies, suspected fraud, or threats to safety).
More specifically, we may need to share your personal information in connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of company assets, financing, or acquisition of all or a portion of our business to another company.
4. Do we use cookies and other tracking technologies?
We may use cookies and similar tracking technologies (like web beacons and pixels) to access or store information.
5. Is your information transferred internationally?
Our servers are located in the United Kingdom. If you are accessing our services from outside the UK, please be aware that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed by us in our facilities and by those third parties with whom we may share your personal information.
If you are a resident in the European Economic Area, please be aware that these countries may not have data protection laws as comprehensive as those in your country. We will, however, take all necessary measures to protect your personal information in accordance with this privacy notice and applicable law.
6. How long do we keep your information?
We will only keep your personal information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this privacy notice, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (such as tax, accounting, or other legal requirements). No purpose in this notice will require us to keep your personal information for longer than 90 days.
When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymise it. If deletion is not immediately possible (for example, because your personal information has been stored in backup archives), we will securely store your personal information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.
7. How do we keep your information safe?
We have implemented appropriate technical and organisational security measures designed to protect the security of any personal information we process. However, no electronic transmission over the internet or information storage technology can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. You should only access the services within a secure environment.
8. Do we collect information from minors?
We do not knowingly solicit data from or market to children under 18 years of age. By using the services, you represent that you are at least 18, or that you are the parent or guardian of a minor and consent to such minor's use of the services. If we learn that personal information from users less than 18 years of age has been collected, we will take reasonable measures to promptly delete such data from our records. If you become aware of any data we may have collected from children under age 18, please contact us at info@indigosoft.co.uk.

Most web browsers are set to accept cookies by default. You can usually choose to set your browser to remove or reject cookies, though doing so may affect certain features or services.
10. Controls for Do-Not-Track features
Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature or setting you can activate to signal your preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. At this stage, no uniform technology standard for recognising and implementing DNT signals has been finalised. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this privacy notice.

California Civil Code Section 1798.83, also known as the "Shine The Light" law, permits our users who are California residents to request and obtain from us, once a year and free of charge, information about categories of personal information (if any) we disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes and the names and addresses of all third parties with which we shared personal information in the immediately preceding calendar year. If you are a California resident and would like to make such a request, please contact us using the information provided below.
If you are under 18 years of age, reside in California, and have a registered account with a service, you have the right to request removal of unwanted data that you publicly post on the services.
